Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between vcity188 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the vcity188 website located at https://vcity188.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

vcity188 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, lottery, arcade games, and associated financial and account management services, primarily serving players based in Malaysia. Our platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and is specifically designed to serve Malaysian players across cities including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

By accessing the Platform or completing the account registration process, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on vcity188, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. vcity188 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all gaming categories, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and lottery.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing vcity188 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a vcity188 employee, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep such information updated throughout the life of your Account.

Account Registration and Security

To access vcity188's gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing a valid username, password, email address, and any other information requested during the registration flow. You agree that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, and your own.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vcity188 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Before processing your first withdrawal request, and at any point where vcity188 deems it necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport, together with proof of address such as a recent utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Unifi, or Maxis) dated within the past three (3) months.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on vcity188. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, national ID number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or other identifying information — we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

Deposits and Payment Methods

vcity188 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of payment channels commonly used by Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Please refer to the Deposit section of your Account dashboard for current limits applicable to each payment channel.
• vcity188 does not charge fees for standard MYR deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which vcity188 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made through FPX bank transfer typically require 5–15 minutes to be credited. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are generally credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• vcity188 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in withdrawal processing delays or account review.
• All funds deposited into your vcity188 Account are intended exclusively for gaming activity on the Platform. The Platform is not a banking or e-money institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your vcity188 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts or methods that match those used for deposits into the same Account, and which are registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• vcity188 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed after network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• vcity188 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. We will notify you if such a review is initiated.
• Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day depending on your VIP tier and verified account status. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

Bonuses and Promotions

vcity188 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each bonus is offered:

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion page or notification. Wagering requirements on live casino and sports betting markets may differ from those applicable to slots.

vcity188 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated bonus balances.

• Each promotion is available once per eligible User unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• vcity188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, vcity188's decision is final and binding.

Permitted Use of the Platform

The vcity188 Platform is made available exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and gaming use. You are permitted to access and use the Platform solely in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law. Any use of the Platform that falls outside of legitimate personal gaming activity is expressly prohibited.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that the outcome of all games and wagers on vcity188 is determined by certified random number generators (for casino games) or by the outcome of real sporting events (for sports betting), and is not influenced by vcity188 in any manner that would disadvantage a specific User.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcity188 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you do not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game algorithm, random number generator, or software component of the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using payment methods that are not your own or depositing funds obtained through illicit means.
• Colluding with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vcity188 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfering with the integrity of the Platform's infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vcity188 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of vcity188 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; modify or create derivative works from Platform content; or use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on any part of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcity188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

vcity188 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. We endeavour to maintain 99.9% uptime but accept no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider downtime.

In all cases, vcity188's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the relevant claim.

Responsible Gambling

vcity188 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. We operate on the principle that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or a source of harm to our Users or their families.

• All Users must be at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• vcity188 provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and cooling-off periods within every Account. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to activate self-exclusion via their Account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• Once a self-exclusion period is activated, vcity188 will take reasonable steps to ensure no further marketing communications are sent to the excluded Account during the exclusion period.

Account Suspension and Termination

vcity188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement by the Account holder.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Duplicate account creation or identity misrepresentation.
• Use of prohibited software or collusion in gaming activities.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated through payment providers without prior dispute resolution through vcity188 support channels.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance remaining after the deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gambling purposes will be processed with priority.

Amendments to These Terms

vcity188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notification displayed within the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by publishing the revised terms with an updated effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. vcity188 recommends checking this page whenever you access the Platform after a period of absence.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and the terms set forth herein. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, you agree that the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. Both parties waive their right to bring class action proceedings against each other.

Nothing in this section limits vcity188's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, platform integrity, or financial interests.
